Daniel graduated from Bretton Hall in 2000 with a spring in his step and a smile on his face. Now 15 years on, the steps are a little less springy but the smile still remains!

He is probably best known for being one half of the double act Dan and Jeff, creators of Potted Pirates, the Olivier-nominated Potted Panto, and the Olivier-nominated Potted Potter, which he was delighted to be able to take to North America, including two amazing summers in New York.

In 2009 Daniel took an 18 month break from the theatre and had a fantastic time presenting in the CBBC Office for the BBC with Jeff, receiving his first-ever fan mail.

TV credits include Where The Heart Is (ITV), Coronation Street (ITV), Emmerdale (ITV), Big Brother's Little Brother (C4).Theatre includes Accidental Death of an Anarchist, Little Shop of Horrors and Art. In 2017 he will also appear in the short film A Crimson Man.

In 2014 Daniel hung up his wizard’s hat and put on his deer stalker and had a great time co-writing with his younger brother and performing in Potted Sherlock, which premiered in Edinburgh, Scotland and had a great Christmas run in London’s West End. In 2015 while waiting for his hover board, he got back on his broom stick and once again toured North America spreading the good word of Potter. Potted Panto returned to the West End for December 2016 and early 2017 at the Garrick Theatre.
